* Welcomefest, a two-week series of events at the beginning of each semester to welcome students back to campus, will take place Saturday, Aug. 20-Saturday, Sept. 3, with events sponsored by student groups and campus departments. Register your events for inclusion in Welcomefest publications by 5 p.m. Friday, July 15, at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4763. Student Involvement reserves the right to deny or terminate any events not planned completely or deemed inappropriate for Welcomefest and/or the people in attendance.

* Our new Long Term Care (LTC) provider, ACSIA Partners, has extended its Open Enrollment opportunity to Tuesday, May 31. Genworth Life, the previous provider, will honor all current contracts, but will no longer accept new enrollees. * The Office of Human Resources is hosting its continuing Eat & Educate aka Munch & Mingle from noon-1 p.m. Friday, May 13, in 213 Clinton Hall. Bring your lunch and be prepared to discuss "Applicant tracking -- what search chairs need to know," "New hires -- paperwork and the first week," and "Contacting HR -- what's your preferred method." We encourage pertinent questions and open discussion at this open forum.
