Welcomefest is a two-week series of events at the beginning of each semester that includes entertainers, crafts and other programming to welcome students back to campus. Welcomefest will take place Saturday, Aug. 20-Saturday, Sept. 3, with events sponsored by student groups and campus departments. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4793 to register your events for inclusion in Welcomefest publications. Student Involvement reserves the right to deny or terminate events that are not planned completely or deemed inappropriate for Welcomefest and/or the people in attendance. Submissions are due by 5 p.m. Friday, July 15. Forms received after that will not be advertised in Welcomefest publications.
