WSU to be heavily represented at health care innovation summit in Wichita

Wichita State will be heavily represented at this year's Health Care Summit in Wichita, based on the university's extensive emphasis on health care innovation. The summit, which will be held Wednesday, June 1, at the Kansas Leadership Center, will explore ways to expand the regional health care industry by focusing on entrepreneurial and innovative opportunities. It will feature a number of community leaders in medicine, technology, policy and education presenting research and new products and services being developed that could change the health care field. Scheduled speakers from WSU include John Tomblin, John Lovitt, Jeremy Patterson, Kim Cluff, Nils Hakansson, Gary Brooking, Anil Mahapatro, Kim Reuter and Ramazan Asmatulu. Kenton Hansen and Cindy Claycomb will perform as moderators.
