Frank Rokosz, associate professor of Human Performance Studies, will conduct a Red Cross First Aid Clinic for faculty, staff and students at 1 p.m. Friday, March 6, in 134 Heskett Center. Cost is $10, $2 for PEAP instructors. For more information, contact Rokosz at 978-5443 or frank.rokosz@wichita.edu.

Prior to attending the clinic, you should purchase the American Red Cross publication "First Aid/CPR/AED for Schools and the Community." It may be purchased at the WSU Bookstore or at the Red Cross office downtown at 1900 E. Dougas (phone 219-4060).

Before attending the clinic, you should become famliar with the basic points in Chapters 1-3 and 6-11. During the clinic, a video will be shown and several skill demonstrations must be done, and a multiple-choice written test taken (certification standard is 80 percent).
