* Join us Wednesdays from 10-10:20 a.m. at the northwest corner of Ahlberg Hall, to learn about gardening and gardens on campus. We have an experimental vegetable garden at that location. We will have the occasional demonstration and helpful information to share. We hope to see you there.
* Join the Counseling and Testing Center for Keep Calm & Breathe On from 12:15-12:45 p.m. every Wednesday in 257 RSC. Drop in to build structured relaxation time into your life and learn techniques to do relaxation on your own. You will be led in meditation, mindfulness and relaxation practices. Drop in or call 978-3440 for more information.
* The State Department of Health recently provided instructions to eligible employees who want to receive a printed copy of Open Enrollment information for the 2017 Plan Year. Here are some helpful step-by-step instructions:

* Sign up for Study Abroad information sessions in June and July. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/studyabroad and click on the information tab. For those who plan to study abroad in spring 2017, attend an information session this summer.
* Start the summer Kicking the Butt and begin a tobacco free life. Learn ways to help you be successful during your quit attempts and healthy ways to prepare for quitting, as well as gain support from other members who are in the process of quitting. Group meetings are 11 a.m.-noon every Monday starting June 20, in 320 Grace Wilkie Hall. If you are interested in joining the group, contact the Counseling and Testing Center at 978-3440.
* Join us from noon-1 p.m. Friday, June 10, in 215 Devlin Hall for "Eat and Educate" with Human Resources and guest panelists from Compliance. This month's event will focus on hiring and compliance issues related to federal export control laws.
