A grand opening for the new Food Truck Plaza is scheduled at 11 a.m. Monday, June 20, across the street from the National Institute for Aviation Research. WuShock will attend. INTRUST Bank will give away free Kona Ice (snow cones) at the opening of the WSU Food Truck Plaza in appreciation of students and staff for everything they do for our community.
