WSU Foundation end-of-fiscal-year schedule
In order for the WSU Foundation to meet your deadline of making the deposit to reimburse WSU accounts on Friday, June 24, requisitions are due at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, so checks can be released on Thursday, June 23. Any check needs after June 23 for non-WSU accounts are due at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 28, for the check run on Thursday, June 30.
The WSU Foundation does not encumber funds, and we cannot write any checks for fiscal year 2016 after Thursday, June 30.
Deposits
We want to be sure our donors are recognized in the proper gift clubs, so be sure to deliver all gift deposits for this fiscal year by noon Friday, July 1, for all checks dated Thursday, June 30, or prior.
