Plan to attend a retirement party for Patsy Selby from 3-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, in the Marcus Welcome Center. Remarks will be at 3:45 p.m. Selby, vice president for Finance and Administrative Services, has been with the WSU Foundation for 16 years.
