Food Truck Plaza opens today (Monday, June 20)
The plaza will be across the street from the National Institute for Aviation Research, on the edge of the new Innovation Campus development, located at the intersection of Wheatshocker Drive and Perimeter Road. WuShock will attend, and Intrust Bank will give away free Kona Ice in appreciation of students and staff.
With room for up to four trucks at a time, the plaza will be open from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Popular Wichita-area trucks, such as The Flying Stove and Charlie's Pizza Taco, will be on rotation.
