A grand opening for WSU's Food Truck Plaza is scheduled for 11 a.m. today (Monday, June 20). The plaza will be across the street from the National Institute for Aviation Research, on the edge of the new Innovation Campus development, located at the intersection of Wheatshocker Drive and Perimeter Road. WuShock will attend, and Intrust Bank will give away free Kona Ice in appreciation of students and staff. Music will be provided by the Michael Engdahl Trio.
