Wichita State University Strategic Communications has named Sandra Denneler interim creative director and promoted Amy Easum to Strategic Communications project director. Denneler has served Wichita State as art director since 2008, while Easum has served as client services manager for the past 20 years.

Shelly Coleman-Martins, executive director of marketing at WSU, says the move will provide continuity in the department's strong creative product.

"Sandra and Amy are both award-winning marketing professionals who have filled key project management and design roles on our team," Coleman-Martins said. "We're excited to have them expand into leadership roles as we work to increase enrollment and highlight Wichita State's emergence as a national leader in applied learning, research and innovation."
