Welcomefest is a two-week series of events at the beginning of each semester that includes entertainers, crafts and other programming to welcome students back to campus. Welcomefest will take place from Saturday, Aug. 20-Saturday, Sept. 3 with events sponsored by student groups and campus departments. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4835 to register events and be included in Welcomefest publications. Student Involvement reserves the right to deny or terminate any events that are not planned completely or are deemed inappropriate for Welcomefest and/or the people who attend. Submissions are due by 5 p.m. Friday, July 15. Forms received later after that will not be advertised in Welcomefest publications.
