* The Rhatigan Student Center and its departments will have limited hours on Independence Day weekend. The Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes will be open from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, July 2, but the bookstore will be closed that day. All departments are closed Sunday, July 3, and Monday, July 4. * The University Bookstore will be closed for now through Monday, July 4. The bookstore will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 5.

* The main campus roadways will be closed or have limited access from 6:45-8 a.m. Monday, July 4, to facilitate the Stars & Stripes 5K Run. The website for the race is http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4836. If you have questions, contact the University Police Department at 978-3450.

* New and experienced Banner Schedule Builders and department chairpeople are invited to attend the upcoming Spring Schedule Building Training sessions presented by the University Registrar and Applications Training, July 12-13. Registration is required. Sessions are posted on myWSU, myTraining. Contact Applications Training if you have questions: 978-5800 or training@wichita.edu.

* The notice required for all employment advertising has changed. Per policy 3.02, the following notice of nondiscrimination must be printed on all university publications, including catalogs, newsletters, magazines, brochures, folders, posters and flyers.
