* Faculty and staff are invited to a retirement open house and reception from 2-4 p.m. today (Tuesday, March 10) in 203 Rhatigan Student Center honoring Carolyn Barbour for more than 30 years of service to tuition and fees, accounts receivable and third-party billing representative. The Financial Operations office will close during the function from 2-4 p.m.

* The Center for Teaching and Research Excellence will host the webinar "10 Ways to Improve Blended Learning" from noon-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, in the ITV classroom, Media Resources Center. * Faculty and staff are needed to help with the 22nd Annual Kansas Science Olympiad at WSU Saturday, April 4. Volunteers can sign up for a whole day, half day or a couple of hours. To volunteer, e-mail or call Amy Strong at amy.strong@wichita.edu or 978-6503 by Wednesday, April 1.
