The Summer Research Institute hosted by the Cohen Honors College and the Regional Institute on Aging welcomed seven Kansas students recently. The students participated in research projects on the subject of human performance and aging. The high school students worked with current faculty and students. As part of their time on campus, the Admissions Office was asked to host two sessions, one with the parents featuring Spanish translation and one with the students. Aaron Hamilton and Mary Ann Hollander, along with Tegan Perry from Financial Aid, spent an hour with these two groups talking about the college search and admissions process and answering questions about FAFSA and scholarships.
