Employees will begin being notified today (Friday, July 1) of the results of the CBIZ compensation consulting project. Some supervisors are still reviewing results for their staff. These employees will be notified once their supervisors sign off on the results. If an employee has questions about their title or pay grade, they should first speak with their supervisor. All supervisors will be advised of the CBIZ appeal process if they want to challenge an employee's title or pay grade.
