Cross-cultural leadership training on Thursday, July 21
Leadership is the ability to mobilize and guide a group of people toward achieving a set of objectives or goals. However, to be an effective leader in today's workplace, the skills to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds and the ability to function effectively in diverse cultural settings are essential. Emotional and cultural intelligence are critical when interacting and leading people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Kennedy Musamali will present on the critical importance of emotional and cultural intelligence when leading across cultures. A plan to grow your cross-cultural leadership skills will also be presented.
What difficulties do you face interacting and leading a group of people from culturally diverse backgrounds?
Bring your cross-cultural leadership challenge/dilemma to the session from 10-11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 21, in 142 RSC. To register for this training, go to myTraining on myWSU.
