Leadership includes multiple dimensions -- leadership in facilitating the accomplishment of goals established by the employer, leadership in the profession to improve its effectiveness, leadership in the community to move it forward in its development and leadership at a personal level impacting the lives of individuals. These three individuals have demonstrated all of these dimensions.

Individually they have moved to increased responsibility as well as functions in their organizations.

- Joan Wagner from Industrial Engineer (1999) to Sales Operation to Systems Engineering
- Laura Bernstorf from Flight Test Coordinator (2004) to Government Business Project Engineer to Senior Project Management Specialist

Service to one's community and profession are essential attributes those who lead the rest of us to a better future. This investment provides little in the way of professional advancement but demonstrates a willingness to commit to the larger society.
