The Young Shocker Professionals (YSP) hosted its first event of the year on Thursday, Aug. 5, in the McKnight Art Center. The event was a Paint Night, and everyone went home with his or her own masterpiece. YSP is a group formed for young (or young at heart) faculty and staff members to get together outside of work. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends and colleagues outside of your office, but within WSU. YSP holds many events and get-togethers throughout the year, and membership is free.
