Research involving human subjects policy revised

President Bardo and the president's executive team have approved the following revisions to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To reflect the addition of non-voting ex officio members and to accurately reflect how the committee operates, e.g. one-year terms and involvement by Directors of RTT.
