Looking for a way to save money doing business with other proud Shockers? Look for the ShockStop decal on the front of local businesses for a guaranteed 10 percent discount. Follow the link to the ShockStop webpage at http://www.wichita.edu/ShockStop and see participating merchants. It is an expanding list. Participating merchants display the Shock Stop window cling at their storefront. To receive the discount, simply present your Shocker ID at the time of purchase. If you don't see your favorite establishment, ask them to sign up.

We have been exploring ways to give students, faculty and staff many opportunities for discounts in the community, while maximizing the benefit for the business partner. Here is where ShockStop comes into play.

ShockStop is a program in which a business gives a 10 percent discount to students, faculty and staff with WSU ID. In return, the business will have a ShockStop decal in the window. We also will have a ShockStop webpage recognizing all businesses and locations participating.

Our goal is for students, faculty and staff to further recognize the support they receive from the business community as a whole, while letting them know you are Shocker friendly.
