Information Technology Services is replacing TechHelp ticketing system with TeamDynamix. When you contact ITS Support Services, they record your request and TeamDynamix sends you an email with the ticket number and information. You may respond to the email with questions or additional information. ITS, Media Resources Center and Financial Operations are currently using the TeamDynamix ticketing application and other groups on TechHelp will be migrating later.
