Reminders

* The WSU Women's Association invites you to the annual Dames Scholarship Fundraiser from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 28, in the RSC ballroom. Proceeds go to the Dames Scholarship Fund and benefit WSU students. The ticket deadline is Saturday, March 21. Contact Corinne Nilsen at 978-7814 or corinne.nilsen@wichita.edu or Mary Ann Carper at 684-3309 for tickets, to request a sugar-free dessert or for more information.

* Faculty and staff are needed to help with the 22nd Annual Kansas Science Olympiad at WSU Saturday, April 4. Volunteers can sign up for a whole day, half day or a couple of hours. To volunteer, e-mail or call Amy Strong at amy.strong@wichita.edu or 978-6503 by Wednesday, April 1.

* Payroll direct deposit documents in the yellow envelope will no longer be printed and distributed as of April 1. Individual direct deposit and pay stub details for both current and previous pay periods and calendar years are available on http://mywsu.wichita.edu. Look for Employment Details on either the Faculty/Staff Resources or My Account tab. * WSU Fire/Safety will conduct the Annual Fire Sprinkler Testing in university buildings now through Friday, March 20. Even though it is a test, the alarm should be treated as an actual fire alarm. WSU Fire/Safety apologizes for any inconvenience.

* WSU's audiology clinic at the Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic will offer free hearing screenings for all ages the week of March 23-27 at the Hughes Metropolitan Complex. http://www.wichita.edu/thisis/wsunews/news/?nid=566
