The Wichita Association for the Motion Picture Arts/Tallgrass Film Festival will screen "A Powerful Noise," in celebration of International Women's Day and Women's History Month sponsored by WSU's Center for Women's Studies. The independent documentary film will be presented at 7 p.m. today (Thursday, March 19) at Old Town Warren Theatre. Tickets are $9 general admission, $7 seniors, with a student spring break special of $5. The director, Tom Cappello, will introduce the film and answer questions following the screening. Attendees are then invited to a reception at City Arts.
