* If you have students with questions, OneStop has answers. OneStop has a quick reference pop-up for your office. Stick it on your computer or phone and have all our contact information at your fingertips. Students can chat online or call one phone number to get answers to all their questions. Contact lisa.hansen@wichita.edu if you want this great resource for your office, or if your office wants to know more about OneStop.

* New parking signs say that an ePermit is required, although current hangtags are good through August. Purchase virtual parking permits (ePermits) for the 2016-17 academic year. A single ePermit can be used for up to five vehicles, including motorcycles and rental cars, as needed, provided only one of the vehicles is on campus at a time. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?4873 for more information.

* New shuttle maps for fall 2016 are available. These information cards are great for handing out to students and guests with parking and shuttle questions. If you want some printed cards for your department's use, email emily.stephens@wichita.edu with your desired quantity and campus box number.

* Don't miss Wu-Rah at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, in Charles Koch Arena. Faculty, staff and students from each academic college will team up for a relay competition, representatives from the Multicultural Greek Councils will be strolling and performing, and one student will get a shot at a chance to win $750 in scholarships and a reserved parking spot on campus. After the program, get a free T-shirt and lunch. This fun event will be the kick-off to the school year you don't want to miss.

* The Office of Research will hold an open lab for the Pivot funding opportunities database from 2:30-4 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, in 409E Jardine Hall. The lab is designed to assist in setting up a Pivot account or answer questions regarding existing accounts. Registration is not required.
