Wichita State University's Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literature is working alongside the Kansas Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese for a teacher institute Friday-Saturday, Sept. 16-17, at WSU. Participants will hear from nationally board certified teachers and learn new techniques for teaching 90 percent in the target language. The cost to attend is $55 for members of KATSP and $65 for nonmembers before Thursday, Sept. 1.
