Deposit of Cash Receipts policy revised

President Bardo and the president's executive team have approved the following revisions to the WSU Policies and Procedures Manual:

To better articulate Office of Financial Operations and Business Technology oversight of cash receipting process and authorized employees' responsibilities for handing cash receipts. Also updated service fund references to safekeeping accounts.
