This is a notification to remind all managers that it is the middle of the review period for all USS and non-teaching UP annual performance evaluations. Unless you have already done so, please log in to myPerformance in myWSU to add comments, notes and any other documentation for your employee's performance evaluation(s). Address any competencies or goals specifically by adding comments in each text box in myPerformance. You should then schedule a meeting with each employee to discuss his or her progression or barriers on goals, competencies and any other accomplishments for the review period.
Need to attend training?
Trainings are scheduled once a month. The next available training is Wednesday, Sept. 14. Please register through myTraining in myWSU.
