Wichita State University is home to 20 incoming Kansas Hispanic Education and Development Foundation (KHEDF) Scholars. The scholars were announced at the KHEDF Annual Awards and Scholarship Recognition Banquet this summer. The current number of KHEDF Scholars on campus is 91. The scholars are provided wraparound services at WSU through the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Multicultural Student Mentoring Program and the College of Engineering. The KHEDF is a nonprofit organization established in 2007. It serves Kansas Hispanic students and professionals by providing opportunities for education and leadership development.
