* In follow-up to the roll-out of the strategic enrollment management plan for the university, several Q&A sessions and workshops are being planned during the year to assist faculty and staff on ways to grow enrollment. * Proposals for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Major Research Instrumentation solicitation are due to WSU's Office of Research on Friday, Sept. 30. This is a limited submission opportunity; WSU is only able to submit three proposals. There will need to be an internal competition to determine which proposals will be submitted to the NSF. * The Research Compliance Office will hold a come-and-go open lab from 9-11 a.m. tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 21) in 215 Devlin Hall Innovation Hub. This is an open lab and no registration is required.
* Faculty, staff and GTAs are invited to a day lecture with Shane L. Windmeyer, called "The State of Higher Education for LGBTQ People," at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, in the Marcus Welcome Center.
