Nursing class holding fundraiser for all College of Health Professions students
The jackets we are selling are embroidered with Wichita State University: College of Health Professions" with an option to get individual schools embroidered at a later date. Jackets and the long-sleeve baseball tee have the option for male and female sizes.
Items should be available two weeks after the orders are placed.
To turn in your order:
1. Print off and contact either Destinee Baucum or Emily Matthews on scheduling a time to turn your order form in.
2. Email a completed copy electronically to nursingksdec2017@gmail.com and schedule a time to meet up with either Destinee or Emily to turn in payment.
3. Print off & turn in to Kelly Eden's Office 541A in Ahlberg Hall and schedule a time to meet with either Destinee of Emily to turn in payment (Kelly cannot accept any form of payment).
*If it would be easier to come to your class and collect order forms and payment as a group, contact Destinee or Emily about setting up a time.
