WSU Day at Kansas Leadership Center on Monday, Oct. 24

Last year, nearly 300 WSU faculty and staff attended one of the WSU Days at Kansas Leadership Center (KLC). We will offer the next WSU Day from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, at KLC. The day provides a general orientation to KLC ideas and their applicability to our settings at WSU, presented in a highly interactive style. The program is facilitated by Ed O'Malley, president and CEO of KLC.

WSU Days at KLC have three primary objectives

1. Create a forum for an atypical discussion (conversations we are not accustomed to having at WSU).
2. Introduce a set of leadership ideas.
3. Get on the balcony to gain perspectives on adaptive challenges at WSU.

Participants will be considered KLC alumni, and therefore receive the Journal, KLC's quarterly publication. They also will have one-year access to KLC's online portal, Your Leadership Edge ($200 value).

There is no charge for this program, but participants must register in advance through a secured KLC Web link -- http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5032. The program is limited to 40 participants.

Please contact Peter Cohen at peter.cohen@wichita.edu if you have any questions about the program.
