- Approved faculty appointments to various Senate committees
- Received Faculty Senate President's report regarding the Senate budget, the WATC merger, the status of educators in terms of representation on campus and update on first year seminars.
- Received update on issues before the Council of Faculty Senate Presidents at KBOR.
- Reviewed a proposed Military Leave of Absence Policy (http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5035) presented by Susan Norton and her committee.
- Received a SEM update
- Noted that public documents for the Senate are viewable under Documents/Reports on the main Senate page
