The Connoisseur Series event will feature New Shoes in a performance at 7:30 p.m. today (Friday, Sept. 23) in Miller Concert Hall, Duerksen Fine Arts Center. Admission is free for students with WSU ID. New Shoes is made up of four guys from the band you heard on A Prairie Home Companion each weekend. Listen to Peter Johnson on drums and vocals; Gary Raynor on bass; Joe Savage on steel guitar, slide guitar, harmonica and vocals; and Richard Kriehn on guitar, mandolin and vocals, entertaining you with music from Bach to Bluegrass.
