* An open forum will be held today (Tuesday, March 31) with two finalists for vice president for campus life and university relations. An open forum with Esther Peralez will be held from 10-11 a.m. in 305 RSC; and with Lee Krehbiel from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m., in 305 RSC. * Faculty and staff are invited to a retirement open house and reception for Sue Cook from 1:30-3:30 p.m. today (Tuesday, March 31) in 203 Rhatigan Student Center. For more than 40 years, Cook has helped in various areas of human resources, such as timekeeping and student hiring. The Office of Human Resources will be closed during this event.

* Faculty and staff are asked to celebrate student success and serve as a table host at the 2009 Senior Breakfast from 8-9 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, in Charles Koch Arena. * The Brown Bag diversity discussion, "Internally Displaced Peoples and Refugees: Global Picture and Focus on Victims of Ethnic Cleansing in the Katanga Province in 1961 and in 1992-1995 (Democratic Republic of the Congo)," will be held from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, in 208 Ahlberg Hall. The event is sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Affairs and College of Health Professions.
