Members of the news media are invited to a news conference and public announcement regarding a comprehensive fundraising campaign for Wichita State University.

The event will take place from 11 a.m.-noon Wednesday, Oct. 5, in the commons area of Wilner Auditorium on the WSU campus. Comments will begin at 11:20 a.m.

Speaking at the event will be WSU Foundation President and CEO Elizabeth King, WSU Foundation Board of Directors Chairman Paul Allen and WSU President John Bardo.

Parking is available in Lot 24, located on the south side of 17th Street near the Fairmount Street entrance to the campus.
