Here's a summary of the most recent Faculty Senate meeting:
- Approved faculty senate committee appointments
- Received Senate President's report regarding grievance pool appointments, revisions to the FAR form and the visit of the Council of Faculty Senate Presidents with members of KBOR at their September meeting.
- Received update from Dean Dennis Livesay on Graduate School Strategic Planning, graduate enrollment management and new KBOR policy on graduate assistant insurance subsidies.
- Received update from Senior Associate VP Rick Muma on the upcoming Higher Learning Commission (HLC) visit.
- Received update Muma on Strategic Enrollment Management, including the establishment of new Faculty Fellows for Recruitment and Retention.
