Last week, University Police Chief Sara Morris put out a safety alert about suspicious activity involving female students being approached by an unknown male wanting to practice his foot massage techniques. That safety alert was brought to the attention of a public safety officer at Minneapolis Community and Technical College who has ties to Wichita. It turns out that the suspect has a history of similar activity across the country. The suspect has been served his no trespass order as of early Tuesday morning (Oct. 4), meaning that he will be arrested if he returns to the WSU campus.
