WSU's Office of Community Engagement and Opportunity is working with StoryTime Village, Watermark Books, Fundamental Learning Center, Boys and Girls Club of South Central Kansas, Wichita Public Library, McConnell Air Force Base Library, Kansas African-American Affairs Commission and others in support of the Kansas Children's Literacy Conference and Festival 2016. The conference and festival will run from Wednesday, Oct. 19-Saturday, Oct. 22. Award winning actress Victoria Rowell will serve as the keynote speaker at Storytime Village's Read and Rise Breakfast Gala at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Exploration Place, 300 N.
