* Larry Nodulman with Argonne National Lab, will present a Physics Seminar Series lecture from 2-3 p.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 19) in 128 Jabara Hall. * The Academy for Effective Teaching invites GTAs, faculty and others interested in teaching to hear Don Nance, emeritus executive director of the Training and Technology Team (T3), present "Lessons I Learned Teaching," at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 20) in 156A Media Resources Center.
* Wear your Shocker colors tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 20) to welcome more than 300 high school students and their guests to campus for the Diversity Leadership Symposium.
* Get ready for the basketball season by purchasing your discount tickets for the Shocker Tip-off Luncheon at noon Thursday, Nov. 3, in the Aetna Multi-Purpose Center at Charles Koch Arena. Doors open at 11:45 a.m. Tickets are $25; however, all WSU faculty and staff can purchase discounted tickets at $20 each if purchased by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28.
