* University Police have begun full enforcement of parking regulations. Parking citations are paperless and will be emailed to your university email address. To avoid citations, please park in the appropriate lot.

* The Elliott School of Communication will hold its annual Comm Week today (Wednesday, Oct. 19)-Friday, Oct. 21. Most events are in the RSC, with a couple of off-campus options as well. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5123 for the Comm Week schedule.

* The Research Compliance Office will hold a come-and-go open lab from 9-11 a.m. today (Wednesday, Oct. 19) in Devlin Hall Innovation Hub. This is an open lab and no registration is required.

* The Counseling and Testing Center's Keep Calm and Breath On meets every Wednesday from 12:15-12:45 p.m. Room locations for the rest of the semester are as follows: today (Wednesday, Oct. 19) in 257 RSC; Wednesday, Oct. 26, in 240 RSC; Wednesday, Nov. 2, 9, 16, 23 and Dec. 7 in 257 RSC. * University Libraries is hosting a workshop, "Introduction to Digital Presentation," from 2-3:30 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 20) in 217 Ablah Library. * Kansas City immigration attorney Judy Bordeau will give a presentation about H-1b visas and employment-based green card processes from 1-3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, in 209 Hubbard Hall. * Do you have an event or a book signing? Want to have merchandise/books available for purchase for guests? With the use of their mobile point of sale system, the University Bookstore (UB) can travel to meet your needs. No event is too big or small. * The 2017-18 FAFSA may have launched on Oct. 1, but there is still time for students to fill out a 2016-17 FAFSA if you have not done so already. If you might be in need of financial aid for this academic year (Fall 2016, Spring 2017, Summer 2017), please apply at http://www.fafsa.gov. Students can still complete a FAFSA for this academic year and have it fully processed by the end of the semester.

* Register now for the 5th Annual Big Pink Volleyball tournament hosted by Student Health Services. All proceeds are donated to local charities that support breast cancer awareness. Teams must be five-to-seven players. The cost is $8/player, and that includes a T-shirt. If you register after Wednesday, Oct. 26, registration is $10/player.
