As a part of the university's ongoing efforts to ensure that diversity and inclusivity are included in all aspects of our campus, members of Student Government Association, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, President's Diversity Council and the university administration have partnered with Hanover Research to construct the first Climate Survey to be sent to all faculty, staff and students at Wichita State University. The goal of this survey is to better understand how faculty, staff and students perceive the current state of diversity on our campus today. The university believes that diversity and inclusion efforts are not complete until they address the current state of the university's climate, and it is through the use of the survey results that we will be able to improve campus climate. Please consider participating. Your opinion, your experience and your voice are instrumental in progressing our institution to enhance your WSU experience. An online survey will be sent via email to all faculty, staff and students this week. Students are reminded to check their email account ending in @shockers.wichita.edu to complete the survey.
