The National Science Foundation Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) solicitation for the RII Track-2 Focused EPSCoR Collaborations competition for FY17 is now available at http://www.wichita.edu/j/?5155. For FY 2017, proposals for RII Track-2 FEC competition must promote collaborations among researchers in EPSCoR jurisdictions on the single topic: Genomes to Phenomes.
