* Join the Office of Student Money Management and learn tips on how to avoid being spooked by your finances. Stop by, play some games and win prizes this Halloween. "Don't Get Spooked by Your Finances" will start at 11 a.m. today (Monday, Oct. 31) in the RSC.

* Student Health and Walgreens is offering a free flu shot clinic for WSU students from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Monday, Oct. 31) in 261 RSC.

* UNICEF Campus Initiative at WSU invites you to Trick or Treat for UNICEF on Halloween. We will feature a photo booth from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. today (Monday, Oct. 31) on the first floor, RSC. The photo booth is free. There will be trick or treat donation boxes, so bring your spare change.

* Celebrate Halloween by attending glow in the dark classes at the Heskett Center. Come to Yoga Flow or Cycle Fit from 12-12:45 p.m., Barbell Strength or PiYo from 5:30-6:15 p.m. and Zumba from 8-8:45 p.m. today (Monday, Oct. 31) and get a glow bracelet to light up the room while you work out.

* Spooktacular, a College of Health Professions (CHP) tradition, will be held from noon-4 p.m. today (Monday, Oct. 31) on the second floor lobby, Ahlberg Hall. WSU students, faculty and guests have an opportunity to come and enjoy food, our Haunted House attraction, Spooktacular booths, live lab experiments, Healthcare provider simulations, informative-based booths, costume contests, opportunities for prizes and much more.

* The College of Health Professions (CHP) is celebrating CHP Week now to Friday, Nov. 4, to recognize students, faculty and staff in the CHP. Participate in fun events, spend time with your fellow colleagues and enjoy the spirit of WSU. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/chpweek for the schedule of activities.

* Rising comedian and actor K-Von will present a show at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in the CAC Theater. Admission is free to WSU students with Shocker ID, $5 to non-students, $3 for staff and faculty and $1 for kids 12 and under. K-Von uses cynical comedy centering on his multi-ethnic family. * Applications are now available for both the Alternative Spring Break and Alternative Summer Break. * The Wichita Thunder will have WSU Night at Intrust Bank Arena at 7:05 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4. The Thunder are using a special group buying platform called Spinzo. The more people who join the promotion, the less each person pays, and no one is charged until the promotion is over. WSU students can buy tickets starting at $10 and as low as $3 after 100 people join. Go to https://wthunder.spinzo.com/WSU for tickets. These tickets are $20 to the general public. WSU Night will include special music from local DJ, DJ Carbon, and each person who joins receives a special WSU Hockey puck, which will be delivered after the game due to time constraints.
