Artist on hand for Ulrich "Television" exhibit
Nigerian-born and Ohio-raised, this Philadelphia-based artist draws upon multiple visual sources for his work. He appropriates and reinvents from television test-band patterns and mid-20th century wallpaper as well as from memories of landscapes both local and global. A reception for the artist immediately follows at 5 p.m. at the Ulrich Museum. Both events are free and open to the public.
