* "Neuro-genetics in the courtroom: What have we learned from a decade of experimental Research?" will be the topic of a Philosophy Department Colloquium from 3:30-5 p.m. today (Monday, Nov. 7) in 220 Hubbard Hall. The talk will be presented by Jim Tabery in the Department of Philosophy and Department of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at the University of Utah.
* Colonial Life will provide free benefit counseling sessions to all employees to discuss the new 2017 health benefits, and give you an opportunity to learn about open enrollment (ending Wednesday, Nov. 30) for our new accident, cancer, critical illness and hospital confinement insurance benefits. Krook, formerly of Amazon, has a Ph.D. in English. She knows what it takes to transition from academia to the "real" world -- she's done it personally and now she helps students do it too.
