In the workshop, "Live Free," from 2-4 p.m. today (Wednesday, Nov. 9) in Shocker Hall Multipurpose Room, we will explore ancient wisdom and practical skills that can help you get more done, feel less stressed and get the rest you need. There will be a second opportunity to hear Scandretti at 7 p.m. tomorrow (Thursday, Nov. 10) at University United Methodist Church across 21st Street from campus. The evening program is called "Practicing the Way of Jesus."
