Join the College of Health Professions and learn about local health disparities, the social determinants of health and how interprofessional care can be part of the solution. "Zero to One -- Disparities in Infant Mortality," will be presented by former state representative Melody McCray-Miller from noon-1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, in 201 Ahlberg Hall. "Zero to One" documents the stories of five Kansas mothers who have lost their babies. The mothers share their experiences with the health care system in a series of topical discussions and Kansas physicians provide commentary.
