County-level data now available on Kansas economic data website
In addition to this county-level data, the website includes automated federal updates on indices, economic indicators, demographics, industries and most recent employment and population forecasts for the state. All tables provide users the opportunity to export data, allowing them to view historic data in addition to the current numbers.
For each Kansas metropolitan area, users can view information such as the current misery index, real estate trends, consumer sentiment, median income levels, industry-specific employment trends and more.
In creating the website, CEDBR employed WSU graduate student Sai Godavarthi said, "I have enjoyed this opportunity to apply my skills in the development of a website that will benefit business, government, and community leaders across the state of Kansas."
