The WSU Symphony Orchestra will invite the audience to sing portions of Handel's "Messiah" at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 29), in Wiedemann Hall. The concert will be led by Mark Laycock. An annual tradition in many communities, the "Messiah" sing-along will focus on the Christmas portion of Handel's beloved oratorio. The concert will also feature Lynne Davis, the Robert L. Town Distinguished Professor of Organ. Nine graduate student vocal soloists, chosen by audition, will perform arias and recitatives. For tickets, go to http://www.wichita.edu/fineartsboxoffice or call 978-3233. Admission is free for students with a WSU ID.
